Dispatch

At Portobello Vault, each order is prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Please allow 12–15 working days for your order to be dispatched. While we always aim to send orders as promptly as possible, this dispatch timeframe allows us to carefully process and prepare every item to our high standards.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation along with any available tracking information.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging where possible.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Portobello Vault cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return journey.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed promptly to your original method of payment.
